1. Introduction & Order Info

Gather information about your brand/company/band, along with any upcoming tours, drops or launches, so we can make product recommendations specific to your business and budget.

2. Artwork & Design

Collect existing logos and artwork to design custom merch for your brand, or collaborate on creating custom or blank apparel to private label merch to your customers.

3. MOCK UP APPROVAL & QUOTE

After designing your custom apparel, you will receive mockup designs and sample items for approval or revisions.

4. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Production typically takes 4-6 weeks, plus shipping. As a clothing manufacturer, we recommend planning 1-2 seasons ahead of your desired launch date – this allows for revisions along the way, while keeping delivery expectations met.

FAQ’s

1. What are your minimums?

Generally MOQs start at 100, depending on the product type.

2. How long does production take?

Turnaround times on most of our products is 4-6 weeks; some items can be produced a little quicker.

3. How long does Sampling take?

We can typically have a sample created within 3-4 weeks for photo approval – shipping the sample would add on another 1-2 weeks.

4. Who designs the merch?

We have our own in-house designers and are happy to design for you based on your own branding/aesthetic, or utilize your own existing designs if you already have them available. If we are doing the design work, we will ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire to help guide us during the design process.

5. What are your shipping options?

We offer both Air and Sea Shipping – depending on the weight of the item we may recommend Sea shipping to cut down on expenses. Typically Air Shipping adds on roughly 2 weeks, and Sea Shipping adds on 4-5 weeks.
